It was less than 50 years ago that discriminatory policies flourished in the legal community and that antisemitism kept Jewish lawyers out of non-Jewish law firms across North America, and less than 80 years ago that Jewish lawyers were stripped of their ability to practice law in Europe. Today, this scourge of antisemitism has re-emerged in a different, more dangerous and frightening form across the world, including in the North American legal profession.
