Description

For the past two years we have all seen a shift in CLE accreditation and compliance rules. From relaxing the number of self-study/remote participation credits allowed to adding new credit categories and everything in between. There are still a few things that have not changed. Join Andrew Ottiger (PLI), Gina Roers-Liemandt (ABA), and Keisha Channer (Sidley Austin LLP) as they provide an update on CLE accreditation standards and compliance rules. Take a stroll down memory lane as they refresh our memories about the standards that have not changed like the requirement for substantive written materials and timed agendas. They will also discuss niche accreditation topics such as properly calculating teaching credit across multiple jurisdictions and attorney compliance issues like determining periods of exemption.
