Description

Creating the proper metrics is critical for the success of any organization. But just how do we do that? How do we know we've created something of value for attorneys? Or that the structure of our organizations is succeeding? Or that employees are happy? Learning how to measure success the right way will help CLE providers succeed internally, and allow us to provide truly valuable services to attorneys worldwide. Jennifer Vossler is the Director of Education and Professional Development at the Tennessee Bar Association, where she leads the CLE and professional development strategy for the 33 sections and various committees within the bar. She has 10 years of experience in content and curriculum development and nonprofit management. Prior to TBA, Jennifer provided continuing education for health care and mental health professionals. In addition to her involvement with the Attorney Well Being Committee at TBA, Jennifer is passionate about wellness education and programs to enhance the practice of law and promote mental health. Stephanie Everett leads the Lawyerist community and Lawyerist Lab guiding lawyers to build healthier businesses. She is the co-author of Lawyerist’s new book The Small Firm Roadmap and is a regular keynote speaker at legal conferences and CLEs.

Stephanie practiced at a big law firm for five years before co-founding her own firm. As the managing partner, Stephanie watched her firm grow from two lawyers to a team of twenty in just seven years.
Her passion for owning and operating a law firm eventually led her to open a consulting practice, where she focused on helping lawyers learn how to run their own firms. Stephanie was named to the ABA’s 2020 Women of Legal Tech list and was a recipient of the Fastcase 50 Award for law and technology.
