Can lawyers be happy? Attorneys are often forced to choose between work and their personal lives and well being. Often times, topics such as stress, burnout and depression are considered taboo, a sign of weakness and are ultimately ignored. Wellness programs can be a resource to provide attorneys with guidance and direction in the form of continuing legal education. This program will explore wellness programs and brainstorm ideas to address some of these issues and encourage you to utilize your shop’s strengths and resources to design your own.
