D2. How to Create and Qualify Wellness CLEs for Lawyers Without the Stress of Creating and Qualifying CLEs for Law

Presenters:
Ms. Judith M McInturff |  Bernadette Lawson
Duration:
51 Minutes
Format:
Audio and Video

Description

If attorney well-being and overall wellness is important (and, according to the ABA’s Path to Lawyer Wellbeing Report, it should be), then why aren’t law firms making it a top priority? Moreover, when wellness programs are created and submitted for CLE approval, why is it so difficult to qualify the programming in many jurisdictions? Don’t miss the opportunity to learn more about the “what, why, how and who”: what is wellness; why is it important; how do we qualify it; and who should teach it.
