B1. Process Mapping Workshop

In this workshop, you’ll gain a powerful skill: process mapping. After a brief introduction to process mapping and how they are developed, you’ll learn by doing. With your table teammates, you’ll get hands-on experience developing a basic process map of a basic CLE process. By seeing the way people are currently performing all the tasks and steps from start to finish, process improvement, identifying issues, and making changes are much easier. Visualizing processes makes the problem clearer from the start – and it’s a fact that ‘show me’ is better than ‘tell me.’ Also, communications, onboarding, training, and collaborations are more effective with a process map. When you leave this session, you’ll be empowered to facilitate or develop the mapping of any legal or business process!
